The Pregnant Dancer

Gustav Klimt is one of my favourite artisits, and a constant source of inspiration for me. I have a large print of one of his paintings, 'the dancer,' hanging in my living area. That was the inspiration for this photograph, 'the pregnant dancer!' I painted the backdrop and stuck on flowers to mimic the scene. Then it was up to pregnant mama to show off her belly and give me a pensive, loving gaze: which she nailed! This picture won me a second Silver award at the State professional photography awards this year.
